Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Minimum experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in a Project Management role within the telecommunication industry.
  • 2 years of experience with Customer Experience functions or projects in the consumer space is preferred.

Minimum education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or Telecom Engineering

Knowledge and skills:

  • Understand telecommunications customer lifecycle.
  • Understand the typical requirements of the consumer market within telecommunications.
  • Understand customer interaction at different touch points.
  • Experience in designing KPIs.
  • Skilled in defining customer experience processes.
  • Good interpersonal and team management skills
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • In-depth experience in managing large-scale projects end to end
  • Good reporting and analytical ability
