CVM Architect
Technical Skills:
• Data structure design and Data pipeline integration: supporting millions/billions of daily transactions. Experience in stream event message technologies with exposure to messaging frameworks like Kafka or RabbitMQ for ingestion into CVM stack
• Good understanding of big data and Data Analytics. Experience with real-time data streaming and event monitoring
• Understanding of structured/unstructured data modelling for CVM stack
• PL/SQL and scripting knowledge
• Experienced in managing industry leading Digital Marketing platforms that executes all-bound real-time campaigns for acquisitions, up-sell & cross-sell
• Well versed in Customer segmentation & behavior related data insights that are sourced from internal & external platforms
• Experienced with industry leading Loyalty platforms that support various loyalty schemes e.g. point based, reward based, others
• Prior experience in designing CVM solutions that leverage partner programs
• Hands-on Experienced in products such as Commviva Mobilytics, SAS, Sitecore, eMagine, Infonova, Comarch, Related, Aimia
• Must be able to create loyalty schemes and partner offer creations for telco and non-telco including gamification, AR

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e. Computing)
• Technical certifications especially in vendor products is highly advantageous (Strong integration, networking and security fundamentals)
• 10 to 15 years’ total work experience, with knowledge and experience in ICT, Telecom, and/or Tech. professional services - B2B sector(s) preferred
• CVM solutions - 2+ years’ experience in CVM solution architecture and preferably hands-on deployments
