JOB PURPOSE:
Device Sales Manager Plays a Key role in ensuring month on month device sales targets are met without any hindrance through key retail, online, wholesale and other alternate channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for Planning and achieving Brand wise and Product wise growth
• Develop channel, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals
• Develop new distributors and maintain good relationships with existing partners.
• Have a clear understanding of retail and re-export market pricing.
• Work on a continuous pipeline of orders for various brands in A, B and C categories.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar  role in Telecom / Mobile / Retail industry
  • Good understanding of wholesale and retail device market in UAE

    Minimum Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing

    Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent selling/ cross-selling/ up-selling skills
  • Experience in device sales in key retail, online, wholesale and other alternate channels
  • Demonstrates high standard for personal motivation 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities 
  • Strong & excellent time-management and organizational skills 
  • High standard of Telecommunication product and service knowledge 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills 
  • Fluency in English and preferably also in Arabic
