Manager, IT Demand Management - Commercial Functions

Job purpose
The purpose of this position is to enhance Commercial Function (Consumer, Enterprise, Digital, Customer Experience) relationship, understand Demands as Portfolio & prioritize their demands and handover them to IT Design and Delivery.

Key accountabilities
1. Drive client (internal business stakeholders) relationship to understand their demands and translate received demands from business to solution design teams
2. Ensure full set of requirements (both business and technology) properly communicated and actively coordinate within IT to detail and accurately define the business demand providing optimum IT solutions
3. Collaborate with business units on prioritization of demand to constitute delivery schedules based on available IT capacity and IT capabilities
4. Coordinate demand functions across the organization for cross functional initiatives while requirements are being defined, detailed, assessed
5. Oversee allocation and categorization of business units demands to MSP and configuration & fast track delivery team
6. Provide input for the definition of the delivery roadmap based on process track, technical complexity and available IT capacity
7. Provide input on enhancements pertaining to issues encountered as part of the various support activities along the demand management
8. Ensure that demands timelines are respected and highlight the risks if this is not achievable to management
9. Provide input on IT capacity requirements to support a future-proof capability development program aimed at achieving business requirements through introduction of new systems and capabilities

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies:
Minimum experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT, or Technology fields in the Telecom industry
• Solid experience in business analysis and requirements managements
• Has experience in project management

Minimum education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering graduate
• Master’s degree is a plus
