Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies


Minimum experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role, preferably in Consumer Marketing within a renowned telecom operator, with special focus on the Postpaid Market

Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management with a focus on Business Marketing
Knowledge and skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the mobile/fixed market dynamics with special focus on customer value proposition development in the Prepaid/Postpaid/fixed business as well as Data.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations
• Solid analytical skills to understand complex and continuous changing environment, combining hand-on approach and strategic thinking
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
• Solid understanding of channel development, communications and media
• Good understanding of the core technology and its enablers with special focus on Prepaid, Postpaid and data Billing platforms
• Good knowledge of brand equity and brand image building
