Job purpose

The purpose of this position is to manage the value propositions of du Consumer Postpaid Business with the objective of growing the Market in terms of subscriber base as well as revenue and contribute to the overall growth of du Consumer Post-paid Segment.

The Manager, Postpaid is responsible for the development of Postpaid value propositions and the overall Postpaid portfolio. He manages the different marketing mix of the Postpaid Business, with the objective of increasing Postpaid penetration in the market and growing the business in terms of value and volume. The role holds P&L responsibilities of the Postpaid Business

The role has to liaise with all relevant functions including ABM, Customer Experience, Communications, Digital, Customer Operations, Sales, Regulatory and Pricing by executing all necessary activities. He leads a cross-functional team of all these stakeholders in a leveraged organization model.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

 

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role, preferably in Consumer Marketing within a renowned telecom operator, with special focus on the Postpaid Market

Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management with a focus on Business Marketing
Knowledge and skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the mobile/fixed market dynamics with special focus on customer value proposition development in the Prepaid/Postpaid/fixed business as well as Data.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience design, pricing strategies, base management, marketing research, product portfolio with a creative mind for new market innovations
• Solid analytical skills to understand complex and continuous changing environment, combining hand-on approach and strategic thinking
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
• Solid understanding of channel development, communications and media
• Good understanding of the core technology and its enablers with special focus on Prepaid, Postpaid and data Billing platforms
• Good knowledge of brand equity and brand image building
