Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Minimum experience:
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience within ICT / Telecoms/ Banking sectors including minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in USSD and SMS channel, customer journey, data analysis and service improvements

Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent domain.
• Master degree is preferred

Knowledge and skills:
• Experience in USSD and SMS (protocol, Gateways, Integration) is mandatory
• Experience in SMS charging services is an advantage.
• Hands on experience in Web Services, Databases and client/server applications is an advantage
